VR4 AWD to RWD Dilema
hey this is a ridiculous idea that i will never do in the future but i just gotta know if it will work or not!.
i was thinking if you disconnect both front drive shafts and let front diff spin freely will that fool the center diff into thinking that both front wheels are spinning and send all torque to the back differential? oh yeah im not really suggesting that the center diff is capable of thought i just worded it that way

No idea.
But great idea! I've thought about this before, and if it was possible, I think this could open up a lot of doors for the 3000GT. Maybe we'll get into the 9's

what did they do for 2gay2watch skyline i think they welded the front shafts not sure though.

Yes you can remove the front driveshafts and weld the center diff to make the car RWD. In turn you will make your car slower.

A few "bolt on" mods, a couple "cut, smash, hammer, weld, etc" mods, and a couple "why the hell do I need this/what the hell is this" weight reductions.

z31 80's model 300zx as for the one with rb26dett did do it custom or get one of the kits from mckinney motorsports? *or actully did they ever get that kit done?*

there's another z31T in puerto rico that runs 9s @ 99 degrees farenheight with the stock transmission (IDK if the one running 8s does, but I'd assume so as well)... I can't really find the picture at this time, but I'll have Brent PM it to me so I can post it here for you guys.
