My Driftmonster: Modded Viper GTS Coupe - I need ideas!

Hi guys!

I wondered whether I should post this in the RC car forum but I think it fits great here since i only want to modify the body.

This is my lil bro's RC toy car. I was bored and so I added 3V extra voltage, which makes the engine so powerful that I can now make awesome drifts on parquet floor. It's really fun!

Now I want to mod the exterior a bit. I therefore constructed a scratch-built rear wing based on a GTS-R blueprint. Second thing is lowering.

Do you have any ideas I could realize on this project? I want to make it a real Drift Race styled car...

Thanks

Robin

Ok I'll try to explain, my english is not that good...

There are usually 6 single 1.5V batteries inline under the car. I now took a plastic plate (about 5x5mm) and added on one side the negative wire and on the other side the positive wire (which is linked to battery holder which you can see on one of the pics above) This battery holder is equipped with 2 additional 1.5 V batteries. The plastic plate is now added between the battery and the contact on the chassis.

Result: 8x 1.5V inline = 12V instead of stock 9V. Although the little electric motor gets quite warm, it did not burn through yet. With this additional power, the car needs about one second after I give full throttle until it has the traction to start. (on these toys you can only give full throttle)
Same is with steering: As the wheels still don't have full traction, it's very hard to keep the car on a straight line bacause you can only steer full left or full right.

Donuts are no problem. It's totally overpowered and that's what makes it fun!

Thanks for the tipps, I might repaint it in white...

How do you make custom stickers? Is there any method/paper available which is suitable for scale modelling? Like this transfer foil you put into water like it's used for scale kits?
