some questions about d series
painting the valves cover make any kind of damage at the engine ?
what is the size of the injectors which come with the d16z6? the injectors size of 450cc came with wich engine ?

No. what is the size of the injectors which come with the d16z6? 240cc, I believe the injectors size of 450cc came with wich engine ? I don't know, but it sounds impressive.:P Maybe a turbo dsm, lol? I can't answer that one...

The 1st and 2nd gen manual transmission turbo'd DSM's had 440cc Peak and Hold injectors, but you'd need to wire in a resistor pack for them to work. I believe the resistor pack from the 4th gen Civic/CRX's and Preludes will work. If you don't want to do the resistor pack thing, then buy some aftermarket Saturated injectors.
