2001 Grand Caravan Rad Fan Relay location?

I have a 2001 Grand Caravan Sport. For the life of me and cannot locate the Radiator Cooling Fan Relay location. Please, anyone with knowlege of where this thing is located, would you please assist me. A diagram or picture would also be helpful. Thanks to all.

It is located behind the grill on the brace infront of the radiator
