Need Help With Parts And What To Do To My 04 GTS

I have a 2004 eclipse GTS, ive had for almost a year now. I have a big paycheck coming next week for about $8000 and i want to put a lil money in my car to make it look and drive faster and better. Does anyone know things that are cheaper i can do to my car for performance or looks. My car is completely stock right now. I was trying to find maybe carbon fiber hoods or a good muffler or something, so does anyone know any good sites for this? Please give suggestions on what i can do to my car please to make faster or look better. Thanks

please just refer to the first post in this forum , it features some fairly unbiased information on the different opportunities and capabilities of your car, and will hopefully steer you in the right direction on your choices.
also please keep in mind that neweclipse.org, though it promotes CMF also hides the bad reviews about CMF, not sure if that is quite an upstanding business decision to do , but they do
