19997 T&C Headlights adjust
I cannot figure out how to adjust my headlights. I have a 97 T&C LXI and there is a bubble level there and 3 tourqe headed screws there, but once I loosen them and nothing happens..

There are two slender shafts on each unit. One through the top, one through the back. The top is the left/right adjust, the back is the up/down.
