Thumbs down has anyone ever talk to GM

Have any of you complained to GM? I unfortunately did't but extended warranty because I always believed in the superior GM product. When I purchased the car new in '00 I quickly ran out of warranty because I changed jobs and had a lengthy drive daily. In 18 months my warranty was gone. It went down hill from there. Certain things go wrong in a car and they have nothing to do with the mileage and a big company such as GM should stand behind there product. I phoned Gm as well as emailed and was always told "Well we aren't getting any other complaints" Perhaps if everyone here started to hound them something would come of it. I do highly doubt it since tha Olds division is gone and it seems they just don't care. Thanks for reading my vent. T

Re: has anyone ever talk to GM

I feel your pain, but GM is practically ready to declare bankruptcy and the last thing they are going to do right now is start paying for repairs on cars out of warranty.

Re: has anyone ever talk to GM

Double that!!!! May be a year ago was the best choice.
It just seems like they don't care though, maybe that's why they're bankrupt.
