Remote Doorlocks Weird Problem...

The other day my wife tells me she gets up to go to work she drives an 04 ION3 great car... she notices that my door locks ( 2002 2door AleroGX) are opening closing on their own and the flashers are going off as if someone was pressing the remote so needless to say my battery was dead, just by cooincidence I turned off my domelight and all of a sudden the problem stops, does anybody know electronics on these cars because this all seemed to happen after we had gotten a bad rainstorm, also have security light coming on intermittently and the ABS, trac off and service vehicle soon does anyone have any suggestions, as per previous post had alternator checked and it and battery were ok , I didnt get it coded yet im kinda scared too after reading all these posts. I hope to just wake up some morning and see it engulfed in flames.
