Re: 94 G AM 2.3 Head gasket replacement?

Once again, I recommend the 4 foot pole... That is how I got it... And a 20" extension, the socket was 1 1/16...

I actually finished mine saturday night... Started right up... only get a low coolant light, so I will need to look into that (obviously it is it full of coolant). but, IT IS POSSIBLE TO DO THIS JOB WITH THE MOTOR IN THE CAR... thanks for all the help, It truly did help...

Re: 94 G AM 2.3 Head gasket replacement?

Glad to hear yours went fine. Mine on the other hand is completley disassembled however, my head gasket doesnt look torn between the cylinder holes. im kind of stumped, well im getting my head pressure tested and resurfaced.. I was just wondering if i could have a cracked block as well? or how uncommon that is.. Nevertheless, thanks for your help
