Intermitting wiper speed
98 Dodge GC 130k+ miles. Only major problem AC compresser replaced. My problen now is the wiper intermitting cycle. The low and high speed
works. The intermitting cycle does not. The intermitting start by moving off of park about 1 to 2 inchs and stop. Turn off the wiper and it will complete 1 wipe and parks. This is true for all setting in the intermitting mode. |

It turned out to be the body module under the dash, drivers side, which is located behind those four big junction blocks left of the brake pedal, after you remove the lower plastic dash and metal panel behind it! I lost the ground going to the wiper motor, tested it with a test light, this would be the harness thats above the left shock tower, If I remember right its the brown/white wire, dont quote me on the colour cause im not outside to look at mine again, anyway you have to make this test WHEN the problem occurs! thats very important, any way I have to take the module number to the dealer for a price/order or you can chance it at the wreckers.I have an engine to replace before i buy anything else. |
