Pretty easy just pop off the handle trim and pop off the window switch gently UP then there's 2 screws to remove i believe 7 mm one is above the handle and the other one is viewable when you remove the window switch.

Once those 2 screws are removed just lift the panel UP because it has hooks that hold it on then when removing disconnect a few connectors and that's it.

OC is right, it may feel like your breaking it when you take it off, you just have to have a feel for it.

Should be, make sure you get all the bolts out first, i usually roll the window all the way down because you may have to lift up a little to get the panel off the truck. Pry at the bottom in case you break something its harder to notice at the bottom. Hope this helps.

Cool Re: 2000 Sub 4x4 door panel removal

See this site for some clues on how to remove the door panels.
I replaced the hinge pins on both doors by completely pulling the doors off my 1995 Suburban. The job took about 5 hours total. Doors swing as smooth as glass and do not sag anymore.
