1/24 seatbelts

I've bought the Tamiya Subaru WRC 2005 + a PE set. But the seatbelts in this kit are a real nightmare to make. It's way to soft, it even looks real.

Who knows wich company supplies good 1/24 racing seatbelts?

Re: 1/24 seatbelts

Ive seen a lot about Eduard seat belt and they general don't look realistic and are hard to work with.. not worth getting them imo.

about every brand make some (SMS, SRC, S27, Renaissance etc..) They are all good. It's just tamiya that put some in the kit that are just junk rubber.

Thanks, will have a look on the better brands.

My advice is to buy NOT the PE set for the 2005 Subaru WRC

I think so, too.

Too stiff, too flat.

Why not? Just because of the seatbelts or for some other reason? I see buckles, what kind of material does the set come with? The rest of the parts look good to me.

I feel I must disagree with you all about the Eduard seatbelts not looking realistic they even have the stiching on them as this picture shows.

Most for the seatbelts. But also the other parts doesn't much extra.
