Exhaust cam
Well I might get an S13 exhaust cam for 20 bucks shipped to replace my itnake cam, doesn't seem like a bad deal, now I got 2 questions, how do I know it's an S13 exhaust cam? lol Like instead of an S14 cam or an S13 intake cam are the lobes that different? And second, how would I go buy installing this? I was ganna do it when I take my upper chain guides off, but anyone have a write-up? I'm sure it's more then just unbolting the old one and bolting the new one in. Thx.

Re: Exhaust cam
As far as knowing for sure..if you don't have the right equipment, you really can't. Moral of the story is...trust who you buy from or pull one yourself.
FSM for installation.

There is some info on identifying cams. It is still impossible to know what you are buying short of trusting the person who you are buying from. He could "think" it came out of an S13, but actually it may have come out of an S14 and he is just saying what he was told by who he bought it from.
