99 Taurus radio cuts out
I have a 99 taurus and when you run wipers on interm. or use power window the radio or cd player will cut out for aprox. 2 sec. at a time, won't do it any other time, radio-cd player is stock and has the box in trunk to load cd's which is also stock . any advise?

probably bad multifunction switch.
