many problomes on my marquis

ok my car is a 1992 mercury grand marquis my 1st problome is when i shift gears from park to drive it will whine 2nd problome when i turn my right singal light on. my windsheild wipers will go off i 3rd problome my car makes a chugging sound from the motor. 4th problome is my gas tank wont open so i have to open it manually by opening the trunk and pulling the cover release and im told i have motor coolant leaking into my gas so im also told i need to replace the center cap. i also need a owners manual for this car(1992) and if anyone has a front emblem for a 1992 marquis or center caps for the tires i need those too if u have anything that can help plz post

1. Whine is probably torque convertor. My 91 has whined since new and hasnt failed in 120K. Make sure your fluid and filter are changed regularly.
2. Wipers-probably a bad multifunction switch.
3. Chugging-when? Does the engine miss? Some more info on that problem would help. Tuned up lately? Also try running a can of SeaFoam through the fuel tank. Can get it at NAPA/CarQuest for about $6. www.seafoamsales.com
4. Gas tank-probably need a new cable. I'm not sure if there is an adjustment.
5. Ornament-is that the little round one? Can get online for $13 plus shipping at http://www.trademotion.com/partlocat...?siteid=214126
6. Center caps-might try someone like www.hubcapannie.net

ok well the car has 390k on it i just bought it well the chuging sound is continueus from wen i start the car till i stop it and it seems the smoke coming from the exaust comes out in bursts exactly the same time as the chugging
also the center cap place is for us residence only im canadian got any other sites and any idea on ware to get a 1992-1992 mercury grand marquis owners manual?

Sounds like your engine needs some work. Try a tuneup and use the seafoam.

For the hub caps, do a search on www.google.com for "used hub caps" and you will find many places to contact.
