would a eclipse GS-T engine fit in my 95 neon

i was thinking about geting a 2.0l DOHC turbo eclipse engine for my 95. how hard would it be to fit the engine? and i hered the eclipse transmission isnt gered as good for aceleration as a neon is it true? If so would i be able to use the same transmission as my neon cuz i hered there the same block?

the GS-T engine is differnt than the neon motor. its a 4G63 motor. if your going to go through the headache of putting that motor in there, you might as well concider an srt4 motor swap. more displacement means better torque.

Will it fit? YES! Is it cheap and affordable? NO! The 4G63 engine won't even swap into a non-turbo eclipse car w/o alot of modification. As mentioned by TEXSRT4, you would have better luck at swapping in an SRT-4 motor. It has been done to the neon and I know it's been done on a 95!
