100,000 mile maintenance - '00 4wd Tahoe

I have a 2000 Tahoe 4wd that has about 110,00 miles. I'm about to do the suggested 100,000 mile routine maintenace tasks and wanted to get advice or do/don't for my list.

1. Transmission fluid and filter change.
2. Transfer case fluid change.
3. Spark plug and wire change

I'm also changing the rear differential fluid. As far as I know, none of these items have been done before (I'm the second owner and not sure what previous owner did). I read one thread on this forum that said most shops won't change the trans fluid/filter after 100,000 miles. Not sure if this was a liability thing on there part or just not recommended.
