Power Steering Pump question

Ok everyone,
Got a 96 Z-24 with about 138K miles on it and the power steering pump I think may be going out or it's already out.
Heres what happenes,
I leave to go to work about 5am and when I fire the car up, theres seems to be no power steering, the wheel feels like the cars shut off and it's in neutral.
I play with the steering wheel for a little bit, shut the car off and on and If I'm lucky the damn thing starts working, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.
Also I forgot to tell you that it's been leaking like a son of a bitch, and I always make sure that I have fluid in it.
I think the leaks coming from the area of the pump that connects to the hose, not sure yet, just by looking at it.
Ok so my question is does anyone have any suggestions where I can get replacement part pretty cheap ( I'm kinda broke and this car is used just to go back and forth to work ).
Any comments would help or suggestions.

hey homie.... aight as far as da power stiring goes chech ur hoses k if not them chek the bolts n the clips n make sure they are holding like a mother. but u may as well get a new one. check out greenleafauto.com they have every thing. n have resonable prices. i got an engine 4 my 98 cavi. 700$ year warenty, less than 8600 miles on it. n any mantnance on it. they will do u good. the las vegas greenleafe autos number is 1702-644-7722 ask for tommy he will hook u up k.
