Letting my 17"s go for dirt cheap!

Well i have received sticker shock from the plans i wanted to do with buying a Jeep wrangler and the cost of upgrades on one of those, so i have worked things out with my parents to keep everything and continue with my cav!!! I've got some new ideas that are going to be siccc, so i am selling my Vault Odyssey 17x7 with a 42mm offset wrapped with Kuhmo Escta supra 712 225/45ZR-17 rubber. The tires are basically brand new and have at most 2K miles on them. So there is about 98% tread wear left. I will also throw in a brand new set of tuner lugs with 2 keys and the hub rings for them. They are not in perfect condition and have some minor/ moderate scratches. These were my first set of rims and i bought them used with the scratches already there with semi bald Nankangs for $500. So i am only looking to get $300 or B/o out of them and pick up prefferably, or buyer to pay for shipping. Tires alone were more than that. So @!#$ if you don't even like the rims, you'd get a killer deal on the tires!

Re: Letting my 17"s go for dirt cheap!

I live in Syracuse, New York. I did a quick estamate on how much shipping would be to you since i got your city from your profile. I figured both rim and tire weighin somewhere around 35-40lbs which i think is on the high end, but shipping them to you would run around $80 bucks. I am willing to drive a little bit and meet up with you or I'll suck up the cost for shipping one of the wheels, so for $360 i will have them to your door. I can take Money order or i have a paypal account if you want to go that route.

They are not sold as of yet. I am willing to drive to watertown for you. I actually need to go up there sometime soon to my camp and check things over. So if you want your buddy to meet me on Arsenal street somewhere one sat or somthing. Lemme know. My aim is Nity9cavsedanCRJ and we'll talk. This is VERY do-able.

I'm keeping mine also, and hope to have it paid off this year. I'll be seeking a 3800 SC swap, and get rid of my rice muffler (keeping the euros though). What are you looking to do CRJ? I'm glad to see you are sticking with your Cav as well!

Re: Letting my 17"s go for dirt cheap!

I am not going to disclose what i have planned to do. But its going to require my car to be a Trailor queen when i am done with her if i take long trips with her. She is going to be a nice day only driving car. So far i have ordered a body kit, a new brake setup, and new rims will be added when i get my nice tax return. Only ppl who know what i am doing are -jayson- , my shop buddies, and another local sedan JBO drive who is going to be doing exactly the same thing but his car will is black. So we'll have night and day. Also i am paying off the car before summer. Is going to shock the shit out of everyone!

Neither, but my car is almost paid off, and I'll be taking on a second job this summer to start saving. It's not going to be anytime soon. It'll be a process and a lot of saving.
