92 tc won't start

my 92 tc won't start i thought it might be fuel so i installed new fuel pump and filter still would't start so i checked the injector rail it shop a 4 foot stream out i checked the spark plugs they have like a cream colored crust on them so imma replace them any other ideas?
cheap one i lost my job because i was unable to go to work cause tc would't start

yes i did this morning i figured it out my cats are clogged
now i just have to figure out how to take them off any ideas
