Problems with '98 Prizm

Here is a short list of the problems I've encountered with my '98 Chevy Prizm. They seem to be common problems with others as well so if anyone has any solutions or advice to offer it would be most appreciated.

1. Fan Speeds-When I first bought the car all the different fan speeds worked however they very quickly stopped working. Now all I have is the highest setting. This I think is probably a quick fix. It's not too important but is pretty annoying.

2. High Oil Consumption- My car burns oil at a ridiculous rate. However, I think the problem is not simply that it is burning oil, there seems to be an oil leak somewhere. There is traces of oil on the inside of my hood where it appears it has been blown out of somewhere...I just can't find where.

3. Black exhaust- I get a black mark on the back of my car where the exhaust is. It looks like soot but when i touch it there is traces of oil residue. It might be related to my oil leak but i don't know.

4. Check Engine light- My check engine light will not go off. Maybe it's also related to the oil problem.

Here are the issues that I am having with my 1998 Chev. Prizm.

First my ABS light will come on and off at will, but have had it diagnossed and there is no problem there. My check engine light is still on, nut that is because I have two bad Oxygen Sensors and a bad thoattle sensor. Now I am running into a HISS coming from the motor some place. It is only there when the motor reaches 3500 RPM. When it is in park or neutral, nothing. Even if I revv the motor to redline. still, in park and neutral nothing but clean short ram deep suck tone. In drive, sounds like air is coming from a location its not supposed to. Does anyone have a clue cause I don't????
