Remote programming 2003 GS 430

Does anyone know the programming sequence for a 2003 GS 430?

I've tried the lock/unlock, get in, start engine, turn off engine, remove key, put in key, turn key from on to off 5 times within 35 seconds, open/close drivers door six times, remove key, put in new key and turn on position and wait for security light to go off. No success!

I was able to clear all the keys with a sequence except the main key and that sequence worked with using the gas pedal and brake.
