Driving Geo Metros "aggressively" - EPA

I just ran across an interesting EPA article about aggressive driving.

Need I say that your's truly drives that way....usually cursing is
involved also! But they don't mention that!

The "PDF" version is @

Have a look. Compares cars and the '93 Geo Metro 3 cyl (mine!)
is in the article titled:

Final Technical Report on Aggressive Driving Behavior for the Revised Federal Test Procedure - Notice of Proposed Rulemaking

When I first got my metro five years ago, I babied it. Acelerated slowly and staying within the speed limit. I got cut off by everyone, including little old ladies in other metros! I started doing 10 (km/h) over (at least) and acelerating quickly and occasionaly leaving a couple inches between me and the asshole doing 30 in the fast lane, and well, I can't say people got out of my way, but it helped. Now if my car is running a little rough and I slow down, I get cut off even by cyclists! I gotta speed, it's my only defense mechanism in a city where an F-150 is considered a small vehicle!
