muffler?

hey, i have a 2000 v6 stang. i wanna get a new muffler on it. i would do full exhaust system, but its a bit too expensive for my blood. i wanna get a muffler on it that sounds good, but doesnt annoy the neighbors or anywhere close. i was kinda thinkin about gettin either flows or magnaflow. i was also thinkin about gettin one of those lil dual tip things. any ideas anyone?

Re: muffler?

im not lookin for massive upgrades in the performance, if there is a bit then thats cool. i just wanna let the small hum that its already got loose. i want it to sound like a stang. not just some car w/ a good engine. american muscle baby!!!

Re: muffler?

my favorite are mac flowpaths, if you go to 3.8mustang.com and to the forums, theres a user called greensteeda. he has a sound bite of them on his 3.8

Re: muffler?

I've always been a huge Borla fan, Even on my escort its sounds damn good and not ricey at all.
