93 Geo Metro with no spark of pwr to FI

Hello again. This engine has a new water pump and timing belt. Timing is dead on (mechanically speaking since I cannot time it with a light). All lights on dash work. When I turn the key, no fuel pump sound to indicate pressure-up.
