How to install an aftermarket Tacho?
my car is 1997 auto Hyundai Accent (it is called Excel over here) x3 1.5 SOHC
It is from Auto Meter and I got confused by the instructions. Take a look at this. ![]() I have trouble understanding the component that is above the battery and below the distributor...is that an injector or what? also where does "wire C" leads to? and where can I connect "wire A" if I don't have a distributor? mine is a distributorless ignition system. |

Re: How to install an aftermarket Tacho?
componant above battery is the shift light but judging by the diagram the kit you have wont fit the car but the accent glsi has a rev counter as standard and the dials are the same as in identical fitment plug and play.
