Help Needed To Identify Lancia Engine

I have a Lancia engine - which I've never seen before. I believe it is a V4 as there are four spark plugs but a very narrow engine. It would sit in a car leaning sideways and has a yellow rocker cover. What year/model of Lancia would this engine fit? Any idea of how I identify cc, as everyone I have asked doesn't know!!

V4? Or 4 inline? It might be a Lancia Scorpion. The yellow cover is probabbly for a 1.8 or 2.0 liters Lancia Scorpio engine. What kind of carburation ? do you have pics?
