no ecc,fdc,or radio after jump starting

I considering buying a 93 deville that was jumped started and now does not have climate control, fuel data or radio. It also doesnt have communcation when scanner is connected. Its already has a new body control module. im leaning towards ecm. oh and another thing, it just cranks but no start. Ive got 5 volts at each module like i should but still nothing. Any advice would be great. thanks.

have you checked the fuses, including the ones at the firewall?
