No turn signals 93 Deville

I have no turn signals ,front or back. The emerg. flashers all work. I've been told there are two flashers;one emergency, one turning .I found the emerg flasher but can't locate the turn flasher. If anybody can verify this by listening while using their signals (emerg & turn) I would appreciate the help.

on my 90 it is located by steering column I believe on right side. should be same on 93. Need to remove all the panels under dash to get to it

The flasher on the right side of the steering column is my emergency flasher. Can't locate the turn flasher.
