1994 dodge caravan check gauges

I have a 94 caravan that recently the fuel pump went out. i replaced the pump and the van will run. but my gagues will not work no tach,oil pressure, fuel level, temp nothing. i have checked all of the fuses in the fuse block under the hood and behind the dash. i have also replaced the instrument cluster and cleaned all of my ground connections does anyone have any ideas?????????
