95 Spirit Turn Signals don't blink
When I put the turn signal on - either direction, the turn signal lights go ON but do not blink. (Looks like a bulb would be burned-out but all bulbs work.) Replaced the blinker relay but it didn't fix the problem. The 4-way flashers work fine. The brake lights and the parking lights work fine. Its not the fuse. All the light bulbs work. You think it may be the turn signal switch under the steering wheel? I'm puzzled.

that could be the problem, check also your horn and your cruise control, make sure those work. If they don't then you have a broken airbag clockspring.

Thanks FreakNasty for your input. I tell ya ... the horn works and the cruise works. Now what? Do you have any other ideas? Where can I find a schematic of this car without going to the library? Does anyone have any other suggestions? I'm puzzled and open to any ideas here. Thanks again for your kind replies. OLDEBONDO

Thank you for taking the time to respond!
Are we talking about the same thing? (A relay - in the strictest sense - is an electromechanical device that uses a small power signal to close contacts on a high power switch circuit.) The 4-way flashers do work; they, I understand are on a separate "relay". I replaced the turn signal blinker "relay" and the problem is still there. Hmm... there's something going on that I don't quite understand yet.

are you sure you replaced the signal flasher and not the 4 way flasher? try removing the flasher you replaced and recheck 4 way operation again this should determine if proper flasher was replaced and {turn signals do not go through clockspring circuit}

on my shadows i had the same thing happen twice. the blubs would come on but no blink so i took the bubls out and the pig tailes out and cleand all the rust of the grounds. (Light and pig tails).. it was the lights in the back that i cleand up... I miss my 93 spirit
