91 seville..opinions?
I just had some work done on my car and now when I turn the ignition to start it, nothing happens. My friend thinks it is the starter or the solenoid, but I've been reading posts and think it might be the ignition. I have one of those keys with the little chip on it. When I turn the key the instrument panel goes dead and nothing happens (even when I'm jumping it)
Is my friend right? Am I right? or could it be something else? Thank you for any ideas you might have.
