will 1gen 3.94 tranny fit on 2000 neon???

subject says it all..my tranny blew up in pieces earlier..

Sorry to hear about your tranny, did the diff pin come out?

Yes, the 3.94 tranny will fit and they are both cable clutches so you are good.

thanx man, going to get the tranny..yes a pin came flying out with a couple of gears..sweet..free tranny, here i come
