98 GC LTD. Needs new Door Lock Relays

Bought this Jeep 2 years ago from with 60k. Now the Doors will unlock but will not lock. When I lock the front doors and the tailgate manually, I am able to unlock them with the RKE and the switch on the door. Please help me find the Door lock relays. I have checked the connections and I am not getting the 12 Volt spike when the door lock switch is pushed to the lock position. In my experience with other makes and models the problem is the relays that drive the actual lock and locking mechanism. This problem happened in a parking lot and have not been able to lock the back doors since.

The Hanyes Manual Says that the door lock relays are in the Relay center but I have not found this under the hood and the relays next to the fuse box are not labled. Any help would be appreciated.
