1997 Saturn 2 door/Ignition won't turn over

I had my car at the body shop today, and it was running perfectly fine. When I went to pick it up, the ignition wouldn't turn over at all. There's power going to the car, but no start up. It is a 1997 Saturn 2 door coupe....manual transmission.
The strange thing is, that the body shop was only repairing the driver's side door and window. Is there some kind of wire that may have come loose?
