98 Malibu wont start!HELP

The battery is good but the car wont start at all. The interrior lights exterior lights, power locks, alarm etc don't work. When the keys are put on start, there is no noise or reaction. Maybe it could be the wires connected to the battery? im not sure whats wrong, any ideas?

Battery is good, how are you sure no.1, no. 2 tighten all the grounds and bat. cables, make sure no corrosion, basic electrical checks.
