Hello! The passenger side heater is blowing cold air. The drivers side is okay.Is anyone familiar with this problem?

There is a problem with the blend doors!I sent my last customer to a dealership.in all data they show there is a factory problem with these warranty should really take care of this as it did with my customer.Dont let them charge you for this repair!
