My name really is Cable...named after my paternal Grandfather. I'm 56 years YOUNG! Wife says she's got three kids...she gave birth to two and married one! I am a truck driver for Genie Company...the garage door opener people....so if you got one of our openers in your garage it's a good bet I was involved in it's manufacture! (I know...BFD...lol) I am NOT politically correct and speak my mind. I am both extremely liberal and opinionated!!! But still lovable....

I became interested in things automotive thanks to AMT Corporation and a 1959 Corvette model my parents got me for my 10th b-day. Been hooked on cars ever since. I've restored 8 cars and rebuilt twice as many engines. Not afraid to grab a wrench at the drop of a valve...lmao. Pretty much a Chevy guy although have gone over to the "dark" (Ford) side occasionally. But only if the price (read CHEAP) was right. Current collectible cars in my garage as I write this are two Chevy ll's. A 1967 2 door hardtop street machine (tastefully done) with a mildly built 350/Turbo350 w/shift kit combo...3.73 gears...Cragar Streetstar wheels and a sexy metallic cherry red paint job...custom interior. The 1963 Nova is an SS. Six banger/Powerglide combo. Brilliant GM TorchRed paint job that is smooth as glass..black interior...oh and it's got fender skirts! Both major trophy winners...the 67 being a "Gold" award winner!!! Am I proud...you betcha!
