lift kit on 92 f150 4x4

want to know if we can get away with putting a 2 1/2 in suspension lift and a 2 in body lift without having to drop steering.

Re: lift kit on 92 f150 4x4

you would have to do a solid axle and change the steering from ifs. Because yes it will not work well, I did a 6" with my f-250 and the steering was dropped pretty far for correct geometry. Which steering is critical for a street drivin vehicle.
