stay far away from that importperformanceparts one. Its a crank that material was added to. Not a new one. The stroker kit you are referring to is the one in development by Ray Pampena.

I wouldnt be surprised to see it released some time this year (2006). It most likely is not going to be cheap.

I read on 3si from Ray himself a few months that it was going to be about $4000. Price can/probably will change by the time it comes out.
