You should be able to get one at ANY hobby shop . . .

Any place that has "hobby" or "hobbies" in their name sells them. If they don't sell the specific HPI kit that I showed you, you can ask them if they'll special order it for you.

Alternatively you could just buy any RC car and buy any body that you want. The bodies are interchangeable, and there are SEVERAL companies that sell SEVERAL different bodies.

Unhappy

Bro,

I don't have a clue!

I don't know how fast they are . . . I could only tell you that they'd blow past any of the off the shelf, plug and play stuff from Toys R Us or Kay-Bee . . .

I never even thought about making money in this . . . but I suppose it's possible or it wouldn't be popular at all . . .

I'm just trying to find another hobby besides pool . . .

If you get a hobby class R/C car, they can go anywhere from about 10 mph with a bad silver can motor to as fast as you want them to go depending on what you wanna spend to upgrade it.

civic r/c shell

Frewer make a civic hatch shell(1992-1994 shape). It is a little tough to mount on some cars due to the length of rear body posts needed.

If you want a civic body, the only ones i have seen are sedan/coupes, or the frewer hatch.

I'm not sure if a del sol, or a crx are made. HPI says the problem is the cars are too short for their wheelbase. So they would have to be streched far too much, and would end up looking way too ugly.

Oh if anyone is really interested in a frewer civic body, i could look at selling some over the net. As frewer is a New Zealand company, so I could just check my hobby stores for them!
