Smoking tranny

I have a 1993 740IL that the transmission leak fluid out of the when I drive at 80 to 90 mph for over 25 min. I have changed the Trans cooler, gasket, filter, oil, and shifter seal on both sides. I was told the fluid is come out of a breather tube. I get no Trans problem error and it doesn’t slip, just smoke from the Trans fluid off the exhaust pipes.

Try disconnecting the return cooler line at the transmission and make sure the tranny fluid is returning from the cooler. You may have a plugged cooling line. Burping fluid is often a sign the fluid is overheated.
