"POWER" light lit on hard acceleration
Hi,

My Primera P11 Auto, has this "POWER" light (on the right hand panel) which stay off most of the time and lighted up when I do hard acceleration, then it goes off when I'm cruising.


Is this normal ?

Yeah, bro, it's normal. The transmission automatically switches to "power" mode when you floor it. After you ease off, it switches back to normal mode.

Yah you can even check this. It will work in Auto (Middle pos) or Comfort. Turn the ignition to on (dont start car) and press the accelerator to the floor, the power light will start blinking.

For Info, this "POWER" light is located above the "Radiator Water" light on the right hand side

Sorry Guys, wrong info, the "POWER" light is on top of the "Engine Malfunction" light.

I think it is only available in Auto model.

Hi,

Don't know about G20, but I'm pretty sure the Primera P11 Auto has the light.

BTW, what's above your "Engine Malfunction" light for G20 ?
