Servicing

Could any informed person please tell me if at a 20000 mile service on a 2004 Fabia all wiper blades should be checked for wear and customer advised if they have excessive wear. And should the wheels be rotated i.e the front to the back.

I recently had a service neither of these were done. I had to go to another Skoda dealer in Essex to have my front wiper blades checked and replaced even though my dealer claimed they were ok at the 20000 service done 16th Dec 05. I could not see out of the windscreen for streaking.

Thanks and a Merry Christmas.
