1996-2000 Chrysler/Dodge/Plymouth 3.0L belt jumping fixed once and for all!

If anyone has one of these minivans they know exactly what I am talking about. When driving though water or snow the serpentine belt just falls off. Great news! Goodyear has a field fix kit (part number 49204K) that will fix this problem once and for all. Forget about going to the dealer and trying the "snow shield" idea, this is the solution that works.
