With out swapping blocks?
Technically yes. But you would be changing so much that you might as well just swap the TT motor in. Or if you just want to bolt up some turbos to a NA engine and run 5 psi or something then yeah you can do that. The stickies at the top of the forum should be able to answer most of your questions.
