87 GT had a switch mounted by driver's knees. Fan works fine with manual switch. I reconnected the temperature fan switch but fan didn't come on. Schematic in cheapo manual shows a cooling fan relay but no info on physical location. Anyone know where its at?

If you hooked it back up like it was supposed to be then is it possible the engine didn't get hot enough to kick the fan on?
I have a '93 so I probaly can'y help. One relay in the engine compartment fuse box and two relays under air cleaner. Probably different on your car.

Do you know where I might be able to view service manuals on line? |

No service manuals but I think AutoZone.com has a 'component locator' that might tell you where it is.
