best mods for a 99 to 04 mustang GT

im looking at what mods i should buy, im looking at buying heads, cam, exhaust, clutch, limited slip, and intake. i want to know which combo works best but keep in mind i want to go forced induction so the cam cant be too extreme and ill change the rods and pistons to meet the needs of boost later. for now i want to get some good basic mods 1st. i hope to reach at least 350 hp maybe 400 if i can with out boost.

right now im being deployed so i have plenty of time to research which parts works best together. looking and going fast on a budget to smoke some Sti and some Evo'sat the 1/4 mile. 2 valve mustangs seem to be the car ill buy because of the low tech low budget performance factor.
