I have replaced the brake pressure sensor and have unplugged the a/c low pressure switch and unplugged the speed sensor. I still have the same result, the #10 fuse blows, sometimes it takes thirty minutes, sometimes it blows only a few seconds later. Has anyone else had this same problem and was able to fix it? I am running out of ideas and fuses. Please help if you can.
Thanks. |

Re: 99 Windstar has no speedo, abs light on, and #10 fuse blown
You might try disconnecting one or both of the following to see if the fuse-blowing stops:
. Speed control servo. You may have to lift the engine air filter canister to get access. . Brake pressure switch. The one on master cylinder. |

He has replaced the brake pressure switch already.
Although...I would try unplugging it.....just to totally eliminate it.....especially as it is very easy to do. |
