93 Blazer S10, 4x4 box keeps Clicking?

Hello:

I know there are a ton of 4x4 answers, but I've searched them all and none seem to have my problem.

The 4-wheel drive box that attaches to the back of computer under the dash on the passangers side keeps clicking. While it's clicking my push button 4x4 switch also keeps blinking. The box keeps clicking even when the Blazer is turned off. The only way to get it to stop clicking is by unplugging the wire harness that goes into it. Because of this I have no four wheel drive. I have NOT tried replacing any of the other parts listed in the forums, such as the Transfer case switch. It seemed more like I have an electrical problem. I did check the Vacuum actuator and it seems fine. I cannot find the second fuse that is under the hood. Does anyone know where it is located? We just had an ice storm, so it would be great to get the 4x4 working. Thanks for any help, I really appreciate it!!!
